Mendeteksi Kematangan Pada Buah Mangga Garifta Merah Dengan Transformasi Ruang Warna HSI

Garifta Mango is obtained from the combination of best quality local mangoes. mango said to have a sweeter taste variant than other types mango. However, when choosing Red mangoes with good level ripeness, we are often confused. Sometimes entrepreneurs still use manual methods distinguish ripeness Therefore, this study carried out systematic design using HSI color space transformation method. We used 15 as test data and 30 training in testing phase. After doing test, get accuracy, precision, recall data, respectively 80%, 87%. From percentage value, it can be concluded that method detect fruit.
